Our Philosophy
Positive Discipline, Lasting Values
At CJPS, discipline is not about punishment — it is about formation. We believe in a restorative approach that helps students understand the consequences of their actions, take responsibility, and learn from mistakes. Our goal is to build habits of excellence and integrity that students carry throughout their lives.
Teachers, counsellors, and parents work together to support every student in meeting the standards of conduct expected at CJPS. We celebrate good behaviour as much as we address misconduct — recognising that every child is capable of choosing what is right.
